Love at first bite! The Raviolo di Sesto Calende is the one of the greatest pairings between two important places in Sesto: the lake and the river. In fact the two main ingredients are the lake perch and the river shrimp, mixed with the wild mint of Sesto Calende, that makes for a unique and exquisite taste.
Dress it with mint, sage and a bit of butter before serving with white wine.
